○Full payment upfront (Paypal or Etsy)
○2-4 week turnaround
○Full refunds can be sent if the work has not passed the sketch phase, but after that I cannot issue refunds
○Revisions are unlimited, I'm happy to fix whatever is needed! But please know that with traditional work there is only so much I can change due to the nature of the medium
○After a traditional piece has shipped I have no control over it, but please let me know if you run into any issues (either with shipping itself or how the item arrives)
